Most of our squishies are soft PU foam or TPR (thermoplastic rubber) — the same slow-rise materials used across the industry. They're squeeze-tested for rebound before we list them. Not suitable for children under 3 and squishies are sensory toys, not food — please don't bite or chew them.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, and every order gets a tracking number by email. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

💸 Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50. Under $50, the rate is calculated at checkout.

🎁 How do Mystery Boxes work?

Each box tier has a set count of surprise squishies pulled from the current weekly Vault Drop rotation. Returning customer? Add an order note with the date of your previous box and we guarantee zero repeats.

💰 Do discounts stack?

Easy 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll sort it out.

📸 Why do some product photos look extra polished?

Some listing imagery is AI-enhanced for clarity and lighting. Colors and sizes are stated in each product's specs — what's listed is what ships.

🧼 How do I care for my squishy?

Keep away from sharp objects, direct sunlight and heat. Surface-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — never machine wash. Slow-rise foam lasts longest when it's squeezed, not stretched.
