VyralVault — Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Shipping times. Because we source trending products from vetted global and domestic suppliers, estimated delivery is:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
Some in-demand items ship from overseas warehouses and may take a little longer during peak periods. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates.
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50: a flat $8 standard shipping fee (shown at checkout).

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Multiple shipments. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Delays. Weather, customs, carrier backlogs, and high demand can cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email support@vyralvault.shop and we'll help.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate or arrange a replacement/refund.
