Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days. Express Shipping (US): 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided with every order. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at pennybotprime@outlook.com.
Shipping Delays
In the rare event that we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at pennybotprime@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
