Welcome to VyralVault. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vyralvault.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are. VyralVault ("we," "us," "our") is an online retailer based in Smithville, Texas, United States.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site.

3. Products & availability. We work to display our products, prices, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by pricing or description mistakes, even after an order is placed. Colors and details may vary slightly from images.

4. Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or violate these Terms. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

5. Pricing & payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total at checkout. Promotions and bundle discounts (e.g., Buy 2 Save 10%, Buy 3 Save 20%, Buy 4 Save 30%) apply automatically and may change or end at any time.

6. Shipping. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including the VyralVault name, logo, the VaultBlobs and VaultBlock brands, text, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe others' rights.

10. Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Products are for their intended consumer use; follow all included instructions and safety guidance.

11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyralVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify VyralVault against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
