Processing

Orders are picked and processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email immediately and a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (US)

Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive faster — those are tagged accordingly on the product page. During big drops or holidays, add a few days.

Rates

Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, reply to your order email and a real person will chase it down.

Wrong or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery — we'll replace it or refund it, your pick.
